1. Minimum 4+ years of experience
2. Must have solid, well-rounded Java experience
3. OO Design Principles and design patterns - must be able to solve problems in a simple, neat and organized way
4. Front end technologies such as: JSP/JSTL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript / AJAX (using JQuery and JSON)
5. Good understanding of XML methodologies and database design
6. Web Services - Candidates with strong SOAP or REST based experience will be given priority
7. Experience with requirements gathering and documentation preferred
8. Must have strong hands on experience with Spring, Hibernate or related framework
9. Effective oral and written communication skills are required
10. Demonstrated ability to conduct code reviews and to interact in a team environment
11. Skill in interpreting and communicating technical information related to computer programming and data processing, both verbally and in writing
12. Ability to receive and give constructive criticism, and maintain effective work relationships with others

1. Minimum 4+ years of experience
2. Develop cutting-edge C#/ASP.NET web applications
3. Web application development experience (ASP . NET, 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0 frameworks)
4. Strong experience developing Web Service, ASP .NET, C# & Windows Service applications
5. Preferred but not required: Windows Communication Foundation, Windows Presentation Foundation, LINQ
6. Experience with MS SharePoint server would be preferred

1. 2+ years of experience building Mobile applications (iOS, Android OS or BlackBerry OS)
2. Experience in developing mobile applications with standard UI components, creating custom components and connecting applications to backend services
3. Experience with XTHML/HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML
4. Experience with SOA and Web Services APIs.
5. Strong coding skills and knowledge of Design Patterns
6. Experience with test driven development

1. In-depth knowledge of HTML/DHTML, JavaScript and CSS and experience in implementing Web 2.0 functionality (AJAX, etc)
2. Elegantly implementing page designs in standards-compliant HTML and CSS. Thorough knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 preferable.
3. Designing and implementing functionality using technologies including JavaScript, AJAX and JavaScript frameworks such as MooTools and jQuery
4. Working directly with the development team to design and develop elegant web based solutions
5. Ability to interpret photoshop designs and create HTML layouts
6. Cross-browser testing experience
7. Creating rapid prototypes of interfaces to be used as blueprints for technical development
8. Experience in UI technologies like SilverLight and Flash is a plus but not required
